Joining the IAFF 3634 does not necessarily mean that you support a Fire-Based EMS system.
You should join if you feel that the employees of the Denver Paramedic Division need to show solidarity in order to voice a collective opinion about our current state and our future.
Our management needs and deserves to know how we feel about current issues and what solutions to our challenges as a division we feel are logical and constructive.
We can have an effect on the future, but we need solidarity!
